WATER!! AN ESSENTIAL TOOL FOR HEALTHY LIVING "

 Determine to make water a lifetime medication of wellness.


Take two sachets of water (1000mls or 100cl bottle) before 10am, another two before 2pm and last two before 7pm. Be upset with yourself if you fail to meet up with your daily doses.
